Property Creative has just been commissioned to create a brand and roll out a marketing program for what will be one of The Baltic’s most exclusive developments.
Once completed the development will become a world class business and technology park on 10ha of prime land adjacent to Riga Airport, Latvia. The park will have a large ecology focus and this will be reflected in the branding and marketing materials.
The entire project will take around 5 years to complete and Property Creative have been asked for involvement on a marketing advisory and creative level. The task is to attract global brands to the park before final completion around 2013.
