The Brief
Create a brand for the property that reflects the finest opulence and design a set of marketing materials that are so unique that they will be cherished by billionaires!
The Result
300 highly individual, leather bound 100 page prospectuses, a 12-minute film of the property with specially written music, 1,500 floor plans – all enclosed up in a leather bound box. We also designed and produced numerous other marketing materials for promotional and publicity purposes.
