Lynch (& Company as it was known before we became involved) has been established for over 12 years and in that time has enjoyed steady growth having dominated the area of Woking and surrounds thanks to their fantastic customer service record.
The Brief
Rebrand the agency to better reflect the ‘high end housing focus’ of the business. At the same time launch a new shop in the exclusive area of Ripley with maximum exposure!
The Result
After a thorough research process we simplified the brand and positioned it accordingly to attract property vendors of houses over £850k. We then developed a marketing campaign encompassing PR, direct mail, advertising and website optimisation, which was a great success taking on 3 luxury properties within the first month.
We continue to assist Tony and his team drive awareness and build value within his business.
